Over the past few years I have been casually researching child and adult eating patterns and overall health and nutrition. This product has received a major overhaul as a result of that learning. Our go-to is often to label foods as “healthy” or “unhealthy,” yet I have learned that overuse of this language is at the detriment to our relationship with food. (Read more within the product)
